Job Summary

• Responsible for IT Hardware, Software and Printer issues at Media Mall

Responsibility

• Installing hardware, software, network. Fixing Bugs.
• Safe maintenance of computers, printers and other IT equipments.
• Responsible for installing anti-virus softwares and maintenance.
• Fixing IT and network problems for employees at any time.
• Must be able to build good relations with various departments.
• Archive of IT equipment documentation.
• Responsible for purchasing and repairing items if necessary.

Job Specifications

• Age : 20-30
• Education : Must have a Diploma or Certificate in IT Field.
• Experience : Must have at least 2 years of experience in related field.

Other Requirements

• Basic English Skills is a must.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Team worker.
• Must be able to perform duties at any time if required.
• Must be able to resolve errors that occur.
